I have lived in Northern Virginia for more than twenty five years. In that time I have had my home and my offices painted, repaired, add-ons constructed, and so on. This part of the country is noted for poor service. Most contractors make promises they never keep. That was my experience until I met you.

Dear Jeff,

Again, many thanks for the outstanding roofing job. Our house looks brand new again and is the best looking one on the block. From the outset, dealing with you and your respected company has been a genuine pleasure.

When I asked you to come over and provide an estimate to re-roof our house, you came out immediately. Your suggestions and recommendations were both timely and cost-effective. Since we had not had a new roof in over 20 years, we found your advice not only accurate and clear, but also very educational. We now consider ourselves roof experts! We especially appreciated your counsel concerning the roof type and color. Also, your timely suggestions about the flashing, gutters and downspouts left no doubt that you were a true expert with loads of valuable experience. Happily, you were the low bidder. I found your proposal accurate, fair and complete in every aspect. There were no unnecessary add-ons and unneeded items like some.

Next came the actual work. The roofing materials were delivered and placed ready for your work-crews, in a timely and professional manner. We found that all roofing suppliers were well acquainted with you and your company. They had only the best to say about you and your workmen. Next, the actual workers arrived. Again, this was just on schedule. No hassles at all. They completed their work in a very timely and precise manner. They were congenial and courteous, but quick and precise in their work. In a little over seven hours, they had our old roofing material removed and the new roof on. Then, to our extreme pleasure, they started the cleanup work with equal precision and know-how. Not only did they pick up and clean every inch of our property, but also they finished off the job with a magnetized pickup. I noticed that some of the other contractors advertised this and it is wonderful! Any nail or piece of metal anywhere is found and picked up. This is especially good in the driveway and lawn areas where I use my mower. Again, no lingering or loafing by these people. Just hard work and with precision and experience.

So, Jeff, I am indeed very proud of our new roof. We can never thank you enough, but would like to offer you the option of using this letter of praise and appreciation anyway you want. We truly mean that it be a letter of recommendation. I would also welcome calls from any prospective customers so I can reinforce these remarks and answer any questions they may have. My bottom line is that you and your company are tops and I truly recommend any prospective client rely solely on you. They will not be sorry. Again, our sincere appreciation.
